Public Evidence Record 04

July–August 2026 — New Faculty of Law status signals.

Post-withdrawal Western systems generated new 2026–27 Faculty of Law account, term and access records that required reconciliation with the stated no-good-standing position.

What these records establish: Western sent a July 16 statement-of-account notice; the account identified Full-Time / Faculty of Law / 2026 Fall-Winter status; Student Center showed a 2026 Fall/Winter term; and Western Libraries continued to recognize active student-account access in August.

July 16 — Student Financial Services

“Your fees are due August 17, 2026. You can now view your tuition and/or residence fees in your Student Center.”

Account and term information

The resulting account record identified Career “PROF,” status “Full-Time,” Primary Academic Program “Faculty of Law,” and Term “2026 Fall/Winter,” covering September 8, 2026 to May 7, 2027.

An August update again showed Full-Time Faculty of Law status, while a Student Center term-history view listed a 2026 Fall/Winter term. Western Libraries also continued to identify an Undergraduate patron group and permitted student-account borrowing activity in August.

Important limitation

These automated records are not presented as a formal readmission or reinstatement decision. Their evidentiary value is narrower: they are new post-withdrawal institutional activity that was difficult to reconcile with the simultaneous position that Renee was not in good standing and not authorized to return.

Account balances, student numbers, addresses, personal contact details and unrelated account information are omitted.
