Updates

What changed. What remains. What comes next.

A dated public log that distinguishes historical developments from the project’s current direction.

Preparing a phased audio archive

The next archive update will focus on the Western Human Rights Office meeting. The cleaned recording is being reviewed before publication; additional recordings may follow. The website is also being simplified to make the chronology and supporting record easier to navigate.

A new advocacy direction

I am no longer seeking readmission to Western Law. The project has been renamed This Could Have Been You and now focuses on storytelling, documentary accountability, advocacy, and rebuilding beyond the institution.

Original campaign site assembled

The first site architecture organized the story, return request, circular-access explainer, chronology, evidence, press resources, and ways to help. That material is preserved as historical context.

Judicial-review filing

A judicial-review application was submitted concerning the May 2, 2025 continuing-enrolment / withdrawal decision and the 2026 administration of academic status and return eligibility.

Case-management response filed

A formal response addressed enrolment context, return planning, faculty boundaries, and unresolved procedural issues.

Interim academic relief requested

An interim filing sought a timely solution tied to the approaching academic year and a possible path to complete the degree.

Current focus

Future updates will document material developments, additions to the verified public archive, advocacy work, and the next chapter beyond the readmission campaign.
