Public Evidence Record 02

July 6, 2026 — Return required SRBA; LOP depended on good standing.

A renewed attempt to obtain a workable path back produced another referral rather than a present academic determination.

What this record establishes: Western’s academic adviser advised that Renee was not in good standing, that an SRBA appeal was required to become eligible to return to Western Law, and that the University Ombudsperson should advise whether an appeal remained possible.

Source context

On June 7, 2026, Renee renewed her request for a Letter of Permission pathway and asked Western to resolve discrepancies in her academic file. By July 6, the response continued to tie return eligibility to SRBA and good standing.

The open record describes Western’s operative position as: not in good standing; SRBA required for return; Ombudsperson to advise whether a late appeal remained possible.

Why it matters

The issue is not that SRBA had never been identified. It had. The issue is that by 2026 the route being identified was already time-sensitive and uncertain, while the LOP route itself depended on the good-standing status that remained disputed.

This is one of the central records behind the campaign’s “circular access” framing.

Limitation

This page does not characterize the July 6 communication as a final adjudicative decision by an authorized decision-maker. It is presented as evidence of Western’s operative return-path position at that time.
